Cancellation Policy

At DreamTrips, we understand that sometimes plans change. Should you need to cancel your booking, our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. More than 30 Days Prior to Departure:If you cancel your booking 30 days or more prior to the departure date, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount will be deducted.


2. 15 to 30 Days Prior to Departure:If you cancel between 15 to 30 days before the departure date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be Charged.


3. 0 to 14 Days Prior to Departure:If you cancel within 14 days of the departure date, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total booking amount will be Charged.

Please note: The aforementioned percentages are calculated based on the total booking amount. Any cancellation must be communicated in writing to DreamTrips either through email or registered post. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy, which can be reviewed separately.
